The Parks
The Parks consist of several, community owned, five-acre riding facilities scattered throughout our community of Solar Meadows. Each Park has a covered, community maintained, FEI regulation sized, covered arena, two or three permanent, lower level obstacles pertaining to various disciplines, and a covered picnic table with fire-pit.
All of the Parks are easily accessible by a trail system that traverses the entire community, accommodating driving horses as well as riding horses of all breeds and/or disciplines.
Homesites
Solar Meadows is dedicated to green living.
All homes have solar power, either grid-connected or stand-alone. Homes will be constructed with the environment in mind, using the movement of the sun, the flow of the wind and precision landscaping to help warm and cool each structure.
You are encouraged to build your home as part of your barn, so small is good.
Sites are 5, 10 or 20 acres.

The trails are just the beginning.
All home sites contribute by choosing from a pre-selected menu of native trees and shrubs to plant along their property lines. This will maintain continuity, as well as feed and shelter the wildlife.
My Experience
The developer has lived with solar power for over 22 years, and has been a professional horsewoman her entire life. She has plenty of experience in both worlds and is willing to share so that you may also live the horseman's life to its fullest.
